You can obtain an application form by phoning us
or by applying online through this website; alternatively
you can print the application forms provided on
this site.
You can then submit your application form via this
website, by fax, post or e-mail.
One of our Customer Services staff will contact
you (within 1 hour Monday to Friday 9.00 - 5.00)
to confirm your loan or ask for additional information
if it is required.
When your loan is agreed we will send you two copies
of your Credit Agreement to sign. You need to return
one copy to us together with your repayment cheques.
We will credit your bank account electronically
on receipt of your signed agreement.
As
the time for repayment of your loan approaches, you
may delay repayment of it until your next payday by
phoning us at least 3 working days before your repayment
date. You will then be sent two copies of a new Credit
Agreement, one of which you need to sign and return
to us.
The interest on the original loan has to be paid on
the original repayment date by debit card or by cheque/postal
order or by cash. There is no limit on the number
of times you may renew your loan.
If you do not renew your loan then the repayment cheques
are banked in order to reach your account on the repayment
date or your debit card is processed on the repayment
date - depending on your repayment method - and the
loan is cleared.
Please Note:
If your application is received before 4p.m. on Mondays
to Thursdays then the money could be in your account
the next day. If your application is received before
4p.m. on Fridays then the money could be in your account
by the Monday. All applications received throughout
the weekend will be processed on Monday. |
