Your questions answered:
1. I have a CCJ - would this disqualify me from receiving a loan?
No not at all. We would need to be satisfied with you as with any customer that you would have sufficient money in your bank account on payday to cover your loan repayment.

2. What if I don't have a cheque guarantee card?
Again, as long as you can satisfy us that there would be sufficient funds in your bank account on payday to repay the loan we would be happy to make one.

3. Does it matter that I don't have a debit card?
No, but you would be unable to renew your loan (unless you send in cash/cheque or a postal order) although we could re-issue a new loan almost immediately if required.

4. Can I still get a loan if I am weekly paid?
Certainly. We offer our weekly paid customers a loan repayable on the 4th payday after they receive the loan.
5. What if I'm not a home-owner?
It makes no difference - we require you to meet the same criteria as any other customer.

6. What if I'm self-employed?
Again, as long as you can satisfy us that there would be sufficient funds in your bank account on the agreed repayment date we would be happy to make you a loan.

7. Can I have another loan if I still have one which is not repaid?
No. All loans must be repaid before a further loan can be provided.
